Title: Alternate repository for DTSA II download?

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I apologise in case this is not the right place for such a question.

Here's the thing, DTSA II should normally be freely available from the NIST webpage (if I've understood correctly) but due to the shutdown it is not available at the moment. Is there any alternate repository to download it from that would still be open?
