We have modified a Cameca holder for JXA-8530F before:

Recently we designed and made a top-reference type replacement for JEOL 9-holder (LH9). It is made of aluminum and done by chromate conversing coating. The holder has the exactly same size and height with JEOL's LH9. So far we are very satisfied with the holder.

Hi Changkun,
Are these holders top referenced like the Cameca sample holders?

Are you saying that your lab can manufacture and sell these holder to other labs?

Yes.

You may be able to order the top-reference holder. But the machine shop has no website so only contacting via e-mail is available.
