Hello everyone,

I've created a brief instruction manual for use of PENEPMA for secondary fluorescence corrections. This manual will help you make those corrections to your EPMA data for both boundary conditions and for more complex geometries (i.e., spheres). If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Note that I've recently re-calculated all the pure elements at 7200 sec per beam energy for better precision.
