I have a attached a copy of David Joy's electron beam interactions database pdf to this post.

Does anyone have these values tabulated as CSV or Excel files?
The only stupid question is the one not asked!

Dare I suggest AI read the file and compile a spreadsheet.
Grab a Comp Sci student and get them to do it as a project.
