Has anyone tried ScienceOpen which publishes reviews of preprint and published work, allowing ongoing dialogue with the scientific community and further development of the publication beyond publication. It's open and transparent

I've just reviewed a published paper, https://www.scienceopen.com/document/review?review=ee2e8e8a-7295-4c10-87de-eaaf694cc1de, although forgot a point which mentioned in comment.
