verification routine PC3

Hi

Anyone know what element verification routine uses for PC3?

For TAP, PET, LIF it uses Andradite Si, Ca, Fe. What about light element crystal verification?

Cameca uses Oxygen for verification of PC0, 1, and 2.

Default for PC3 is B.
You can confirm or change the reference element and position for each spectrometer/crystal pair in the PeakSight Configuration program, under the Crystal tab.
