JEOL PC-SEM Error Message

I am using U-Th-Pb chemical maps of monazite to build a age map. but when I give the command to build the map I get following error message. (Field Emission EPMA JXA-8530)

after this pop up message the software does not build the age map. How can I overcome this problem and what method or operations should I take...
