Modelling inclined grain boundaries or exsolutions?

Hi,

I would like to model X-ray distribution and yield of inclined grain boundaries and/or exsolutions. From what I can see Casino 2 only allows me vertical grain boundaries and Casino 3D does not model X-rays. I feel like there may be a way in McX-ray by using a cylinder in a box but I am just not quite getting the geometry settings.

Does anyone have any insights, suggestions, recommendations? Thanks!

With a little scripting, this can be done in DTSA-II.

I can help write the script if can describe the desired geometry a little more precisely.

Please feel free to post this script in the DTSA-II board:
