Vacuum stability of hemp

Dear all,

does anyone has experience with organic matter, in particular hemp, under high vacuum and/or experience with sample preparation of such material?
By asking Google I can find uncountable webpages about the optimal extraction of cannabinoids under vacuum ... 
We have other applications in mind and want to investigate the interaction between hemp and cement.
