Measure Thickness Only?

Aurelien, I've been using BadgerFilm on a couple projects recently.  It has been really helpful.  One question, is it possible to specify the substrate and coating materials and measure only the thickness?  Maybe I was doing something wrong but it didn't work for me.

I've done this a few times back in the day using STRATAGem.

If I remember correctly, one specifies the film and substrate compositions and only measures the substrate x-rays (at two or more accelerating voltages).

I would assume that BadgerFilm works the same way...
The only stupid question is the one not asked!

To calculate the thickness assuming fixed concentration, input the concentration of each element in each layer, then right-click on the cell. It will turn blue, indicating that value is fixed. Leave the Fixed thickness box unchecked for the layer of interest (keep checked for other layers where thickness is known), then input the measured k-ratios and run the calculation to solve for thickness of the layer of interest as the only unknown.
