EDS Problem

Hello everyone, I'd like to ask for help regarding a problem I'm having with my Bruker 6I30 EDS detector. For no apparent reason, it suddenly started showing a bulge in all spectra and with any type of sample. I haven't received a clear answer from the technician yet, so if anyone could offer any ideas or theories about what might be wrong, I'd appreciate it.

I already tried changing the acceleration voltage, spot, turning it off and on, connecting cables, and nothing worked.
