All,
I've put together a short step-by-step tutorial how to make images imported into PictureSnap clickable for navigation, see attached.

Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions for improvements.
Cheers, Karsten

Hi,
Could you explain how I can use parameters of all block calibration for its parts calibration.
Usually I take 10-20 images from each of 6 block of my scene.
It will be great if I could calibrate 6 images of 6 blocks and then not need to calibrate these 10-20 images of each block because calibration already done.
Lets assume the surfaces of my 6 blocks (samples) are absolutely flat.

Thank you.

I am not exactly sure what you are asking, but maybe try the "image locator" feature in our PictureSnapApp product:

Unfortunately, I don't have access to probe now to check whether we "Image locator" is installed in PFE at our probe or not, but I meant the following:
Can I calibrate ("three-points" calibration) the overall view of each block (using image with low magnification) then use the same calibration parameters for micro species in my blocks (with high magnification). It will allow me to safe time a lot, because I will use just one calibration parameters I took from macro image for 15-20 micro images.

In other words I want to:
1. calibrate large image #0 (A,B,C - calibration points)
2. choose measurement points on small images (#1,2,3) without extra calibration.

Please, see the attached

I think the Image Locator in PictureSnapApp will do what you want. It is available here for free:

You can also use the Mosaic feature in PitcureSnapApp:

Or even the mosaic feature in Probe Image:

Or even using the PFE Stage application with Surfer:
