DTSA-II - New Version

I've just released a new version of DTSA-IIhttps://www.cstl.nist.gov/div837/837.02/epq/dtsa2/index.html called Microscopium, after the minor constellation visible in southern skies.  Among other things, this version adds support for elements from Z=93 to 99 for both simulation and quantification.  It requires Java 11+ but comes with its own Java Runtime Environment (Java 15) for Windows 64-bit.  On other operating systems, you will need to provide your own.
