How I can transfer all settings of PFE from my Probe computer (connected with Probe) to my office computer?

You can copy a recent probe run MDB file from your probe computer, open it in Probe for EPMA on the off-line computer, and then export the configuration files using the File | Export Probe Configuration Files menu:

You should probably also copy the Standard.mdb file from the C:\ProgramData\Probe Software\Probe for EPMA folder on the probe computer, and copy it to the same folder on the off-line computer.
