PENEPMA Instruction Manual

Hello everyone,

I've created a brief instruction manual for use of PENEPMA for secondary fluorescence corrections. This manual will help you make those corrections to your EPMA data for both boundary conditions and for more complex geometries (i.e., spheres). If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
